  One-time clarity calls start at $40 with a time block of 60 minutes with a 30-minute buffer. Tailored coaching solutions start at $300 and go up from there, depending on the work and timeframe needed.

60-90 a one time 60-90 minute call to unpack and solve one situation. 1-2 blockages, barriers will be addressed in real time with NLP technqiues.

2-4 Hour Block for people experiencing anger or sadness triggers and are ready to take back emotion regulation and stop reacting, yelling or being explosive.

About Raquel

Raquel Rae offers a blend of modalities to guide men and women through deep emotional cleansing, helping them release triggers, conflicting internal parts, limiting beliefs, and the I can't mentality that no longer serve them—without the endless cycle of talking things out and rehashing the past.

Raquel became certified through Transform Destiny in 2022 as an NLP Master Practitioner, with additional certifications in the CORE Coaching Method, Timeline Techniques, Hypnosis, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as Tapping.

Since then, she has developed a passion for helping people use Timeline Techniques to release emotional triggers connected to unresolved experiences from childhood, high-control relationships or groups, and other toxic relationship dynamics.

As a self-employed woman since 2019, Raquel takes particular satisfaction in helping self-employed men and women break through personal plateaus so they can achieve greater business success and income growth.

This work is about aligning your inner truth with your conscious desires to create meaningful results.
