Make sure to set aside 60-90 minutes of uninterrupted time for the call.

You will work through what you are stuck on, explain what has been holding you back, and what you've tried.

This is a no BS, no excuse style coaching session where Raquel Rae may call you out, interrupt, or ask for clarification in order to best help you move through old patterns, thinking, or beliefs.

This is enough time to address 1-2 areas with NLP techniques. The call will be guided by the CORE METHOD Coaching framework.

Please arrive Coachable and prepared to dive in.
